Noisy and polluting stand-alone dedusting installations have been replaced by a brand new centralized industrial dedusting system.

The hypermodern dedusting unit sucks away all drilling and fiber residues, noiseless and at a speed of 90km/h to a filter installation outside of the production hall.  

Ergonomics and Prevention
Because of this new installation the air quality as well as the air circulation has improved significantly. All dust is transported directly to a container outside of the production hall. By reducing the dust accumulation we eliminate this risk of dust explosion.
Also in terms of noise level inside the production hall things have improved as well. Especially for our workers this will lead to a more pleasant work atmosphere and the ability to concentrate better and longer.
Before the dust bags of the decentralized units needed to be removed, this time consuming, heavy and dirty work is now also part of the past.

Energy and Environment
By using energy efficient engines and adjustable valves we reduce significantly our carbon footprint. Also, we are able to recycle the hot air in the production hall. During summer time the industrial dedusting unit can also function as a huge ventilation system.

The investment is perfectly in line with our strategy. We are investing continuously in a better performing, safe and durable production platform.
