In addition to building a new warehouse, we also continued to invest in the automated warehouse.

An additional buffer was added to the automated warehouse, speeding up the loading and unloading process.

The output conveyor’s capacity was increased.

New input conveyors were built, which are located much closer to the loading bays. As a result, the warehouse employees now cover a much smaller distance. Moreover, the pallets and containers can be loaded with an ordinary pallet transporter, whereas they needed a forklift truck for this in the past.

In short: a safe and lean improvement process.
